Our Story

How It Started
23 years ago, our team started out creating manuals for one company. It was going well. The customer was happy. But in the middle of doing the work, it hit us:
This would be so much better as a tool, not a service.
Then companies could create and update their own procedures—when they wanted, how they wanted, and without depending on us.
So we built that tool: The BPR.
Today
Now we serve hundreds of teams – from 50-person manufacturers to enterprise deployments with thousands of users. Our biggest success stories come from companies that put The BPR into their culture, using it across manufacturing floors, distribution centers, and customer-facing operations.
23 years in. We’re still building. Still committed to visual documentation that empowers teams.
And that first customer? Still with us.
What Drives Us
Continuous improvement
Learning from success and failure by understanding why. Getting better every day.
Solving real problems
Technology is only half of it. The people, the support, the partnership – that's what makes customers stay for 23 years.
We solve real problems by listening to what customers need while inventing what they didn't know they needed. It's the balance of innovation and engagement that makes The BPR work.
Creating culture
We would be nowhere without our team. We would be nowhere without our customers. We understand that it takes collaboration to build anything great. The first thing to do to create great collaboration is to create great culture.
We're believers in creating great culture – culture that's reliable, accountable, truthful, and compassionate. Creating great documentation for your teams and customers helps build a five-star culture.
Empowering teams and teammates
Helping people and organizations realize their potential is so central to what we do, both internally and externally.
We've built The BPR to help people let their strengths shine and help enable their teams to put teammates in positions to succeed.
Our Approach
Innovation comes from understanding our customers' world – not just their feature requests.
When we designed our mobile app, nobody was asking for the mobile app. But we knew that everyone was using it personally.
When we started designing our AR capabilities, nobody was asking for it, but we knew visual training would extend beyond desktop and phones.
That balance of listening and being at the cutting edge is our secret sauce.
What Success Looks Like
Our biggest success stories are companies that go all in with The BPR. When companies truly commit - assigning people to lead, set goals and dates, get buy-in - that is when customers and employees alike reap the benefits.
When companies truly commit – assign people to lead, set goals and dates, get leadership buy-in – that's when teams say "we love this tool."
