Problem

Hallie Pendleton arrived at GreenWave Transportation for a one-week assignment — and the general manager resigned on the spot. A 30-year company running 24/7 dispatch and crews across the Gulf Coast had no documented processes. Everything lived in one person’s head, and that person was leaving.

Why The BPR One tool to capture the outgoing GM’s knowledge, give 24/7 teams access without a phone call, and put compliance in front of every employee.

Solution 1

Hallie had days — not months — to document what the outgoing GM knew. The knowledge had to be captured before it walked out the door.

Solution 2

When someone is stuck on step six of a 25-step process at 2am, they need the answer — not a manager to wake up.

Solution 3

Crews were getting lost at international airports, costing customers time. Hallie photographed the route and exported it as a PDF sent to crewing companies before crews land.

Solution 4

After the corporate buyout, employees signed off on policies they had no way to access. The BPR put them in a searchable library — open to everyone.

Results

Closing

The BPR is the operational memory GreenWave didn’t have — and now can’t operate without.

When the GM walks out, the procedures don’t go with them. It’s a living library that grows with the company — and stays when people don’t.
